Yes, submit a request for wire transfer via fax or email. Include company name, address, phone, fax, contact person, and email address to which you wish to have the license(s) sent. Specify which product and how many licenses you would like to purchase. Then FAX your request to 406-723-5205.
Upon confirmation of the wire transfer, your license(s) will be issued electronically to the email address of your choice.

When upgrading, our goal is to protect your initial investment in our products therefore, for new production licenses, discounts will carry forward if any additional production licenses are purchased within 30 days of the initial purchase.
For example, if you purchase a single license of Portlock Storage Manager at $495.00 on March 1st and purchase an additional 5 licenses before March 31st, we will apply a credit to reflect the 6-25 license pricing of $475.00. The total purchase of the six licenses would be $2,850.00 instead of $2,970.00.
Yes, we have a money back guarantee within the first 30 days of purchase if our software does not work correctly on your system within the limitations documented in the readme and history text files.
If you report an issue with our software, we will extend the money back guarantee until you have had a chance to verify the update.
Level 1
If the renewal is purchased within 90 days of the maintenance expiration, the cost to renew your product license is $199.00 USD.
Level 2
If your product license expiration date is greater than 90 days, the cost to renew your product license is $299.00.
If your product license expiration date is greater than 12 months, a new license must be purchased at full retail cost.
To purchase your license renewal, contact Portlock at (406) 723-5200, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. MST and a member of our sales team will assist you, or you can begin the license renewal process directly from the software’s user interface by selecting the Continue command at the “License Renewal” prompt (see Screen Capture 1). This prompt will appear at the start up of the software when a license has expired within versions 3.32 and greater. Upon selecting the Continue command you will be brought to a screen which will ask you to enter in your company and payment information. This information is submitted to Portlock for processing and is generally processed within 24 business hours.

No. The evaluation version is provided so that customers can try our product and verify that our products work well for them. If you need a version that provides support for any size volume, purchase a single server version for testing. You may request a refund for any reason if you are dissatisfied.
Often we have beta versions of our product available on our web site for download. Betas do not have any size restrictions.
